Please share your thoughts and condolences to the victim's families of the fatal and mysterious crash of Air France flight 447 from Rio de Janeiro to Paris.

I am glad to see that Continental Airlines is the only airline in the USA to provide in flight meals in domestic flights. I recently flew from Newark to Las Vegas where they have served turkey dog and salad along with other beverages. Although alcohol was always available to purchase for $5. I really liked flying on continental.

I am planning on posting my travel report for the trip of ALB-LAS next month soon. I will be posting pictures and information regarding the trip so you guys can plan your trip too.

I still remember my first flight. If I am not wrong, it was boeing 737. What a smashing speed it has. It was at about 11000-12000 meter meight & I was sitting by the window. It was just awesome. I took some pictures. Then we hit air turbulence well it felt bit like a fair ride

Bombardier is laying of 1000 of employees due to the economy downturn like everywhere else. Looks like the govt. needs to bail them out too.

Gas prices are down but no sign of Air Canada to reduce or eliminate the surcharges that were introduced due to the gas price hike last year.

Anyone know anything bound to happen soon? Those taxes in the fare just kill me. I was looking for a Las vegas deal form Montreal which ended up 500 dollars more than what I will be paying for travelling out of Albany instead.

If I were to fly a Cessna 172 (for example), and had all licenses needed. Could I take any one up as co-pilot, or does the co pilot need licenses as well?

I`m pretty new to aviation.These Citations cessna citation for sale have been pretty popular. And just by looking on its price you can say,that it is cheaper,than a new,single engine piston Cessna 400. However,I would assume that operating cost of a twin jet aicrcraft is a bit higher than cost of a single engine piston aircraft. I can`t find much information about it...Can somebody tell me, what is the operating cost of Citation 500?
